This 31 page comprehensive step by step tutorial shows you how to have fun with creative colour, mixing realism with abstract for a liberating yet effective look. This tutorial has been created using Inktense blocks, however the Inktense pencils will give the same results. You can also use the Watercolour Pencil Conversion Charts available on my website to use most other brands of watercolour pencils to get very similar results. I have used watercolour canvas but I do discuss other surfaces such as watercolour paper, wood or using a primer to prepare your surface if you would prefer.
