So often today, we are confronted with bad news and negativity on the news and in social media and so Sebastian and his friends are here to remind us that there are still so many positive and beautiful aspects to our world and that we can create our own magic through sharing kindness, love and light. I hope that these little characters and the messages they share will help to bring out your inner child and put a smile upon your face.

Meet Sebastian - he is a little mouse with a big heart who loves to spread kindness and cheer wherever he goes. He also has a big group of friends (PALS) who help him spread love and light throughout their world. Sebastian was created with needle felting.
Meet Sebastian's little friend Daisy (and his alter ego)- she's a little more shy and a little less adventurous than Sebastian and is happiest pottering in the garden and being at one with nature...
Sebastian and Daisy love it when their young friend Wilbur stops by - his heart is full of love and his two favourite hobbies are eating and playing, especially hide and seek Wilbur has been knitted from mostly one ply wool.
Fleur is the creative member in Sebastian's group of friends and she is most content with either a pencil or paint brush in her hand. Fleur was created with needle felting.
This is Nudge, created with a combination of knitting, crochet and needle felting. Shy at first, and a little aloof until people get to know him, Nudge has a loving heart and whilst prickly on the outside, he is soft as a marshmallow on the inside ?
This is Gnorbitt - wise and kind but with a twinkle in his eye and a wicked sense of humour. Gnorbitt has been created using knitting, crochet, needle felting and his cane was cut from a coat hanger.
When seeking words of wisdom, Sebastian and his friends often visit Mrs Who. She doesn’t say a lot and seems to have a vacant, faraway look in her eyes but they come away feeling they have been in the company of a wise and knowing soul. Mrs Who has been knitted from a pattern by KnitaMiracle by Nellie on Etsy and her beak fashioned with Polymer Clay.
Meet little Twiggy, Sebastian’s young elf friend. He is getting ready to head off to school and proudly shows his new satchel with school books and his beloved soccer ball. Twiggy is about 8 inches tall and 5 inches high when sitting. He has been created using needle felting and his outfit has been knitted using 2ply Kidsilk yarn.
Introducing Ivy, Sebastian’s miniature bear friend who loves nothing more than cooking up a feast for her family and friends. With a big heart and generous spirit, she is always there with a yummy treat to brighten the day of those around her. Ivy has been knitted and adapted from a pattern by Alan Dart Bunty the Baker, the bread was created from polymer clay and the rest of the props have been collected or given to me by family.
